We remember Ms. Maeve Haslette

The school community of Scoil Naomh Molaise is deeply saddened to hear of the death of our dear friend and colleague, and beloved teacher, Maeve Haslette.

Maeve was a person of rare kindness, great warmth and gentle spirit, whose presence brought calm, joy, and inspiration to all who knew her. Always considerate of others, she carried herself with grace and compassion, and her empathy allowed her to connect deeply with both children and adults alike.

Maeve’s love of teaching was evident in every classroom moment. She nurtured her pupils with patience and care, encouraging them not only to learn but to grow in confidence and character. Her sense of humour brought laughter into the school corridors, and her musical and artist gifts enriched school life, leaving memories that will echo for years to come.

She will be missed dearly by our school community, and remembered always with gratitude and affection. We extend our heartfelt sympathy to her family and loved ones at this difficult time.

May she rest in peace, and may her memory continue to inspire kindness, joy, and love in all of us.

Ar dheis Dé go raibh a hanam dílis.
