5th class recently took part in a competition to create artwork depicting the Famine. We’re delighted that pieces by both Chandu and Lucy have been selected to feature in a forthcoming book by local author Joe McGowan.
A sincere thank you to Joe for visiting our classroom and sharing his insights into how the Famine affected people in our local area. The children really enjoyed his visit.
We’re all looking forward to reading the book when it is published.
