A hugely popular member of Scoil Naomh Molaise got a wonderful send off from staff and pupils. All wanted to show their genuine affection and appreciation to the maintenance legend that was Thomas Kerins. On Thomas' last day the school community paid a well deserved tribute through prose and song to Thomas who has shown sterling service to Scoil Naomh Molaise. Whether it was building the stage at Christmas, fitting bespoke shelving and storage by repurposing old desks, fishing out footballs from the river, trees or the roof or imparting his knowledge and expertise during two builds over his time as caretaker, Thomas made sure life in Scoil Naomh Molaise ran smoothly. We wish you well during your well earned retirement and hope you have many healthy years to enjoy it.
